This family in West Seattle was looking to turn a living room window into a walk-out door leading out to a new back yard deck.
The exterior brick facade was cut and a new doorway was framed and installed, while the back yard turned into a large walk-out trex deck which had to be built over an exterior basement staircase.
All done with precision and care to the surrounding garden, this backyard is now a peaceful retreat for relaxation and gardening.
