Historic Downtown Seattle School Building
4 Bathroom Addition
This downtown Seattle pre-school, located in a Historic building in the International District, was in need of additional bathrooms to serve their growing early childhood class sizes.
The plan was to convert an old storage closet into four separate bathrooms, all while maintaining the original character and charm of the early 1900’s historic building.
Sunbreak Homes was hired to complete the work and with the aid of local architects, plumbers and electricians, the result was achieved. With the addition of 3 handwashing sinks, 2 kitchen sinks & counters and the updating of the building to current fire codes, the building now has the capacity for growth and success.
